Payments & fees
- Subscription fees are billed by Salonier.
- Deposit payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Standard Stripe processing fees apply (1.5% + 20p for UK cards on Stripe's standard pricing).
- The Salonier platform fee applies only to deposit transactions.
Before you decide
What it actually costs you.
Two things, from different companies. Salonier bills the monthly plan and a platform fee on each deposit — 2% on Starter, 1% on Growth, 0% on Pro. Stripe separately charges its own card processing fee. Nothing is deducted from the service price your client pays you in the chair.
On Starter, a £15 deposit carries a 30p platform fee. On Growth it is 15p, and on Pro nothing. If you take a lot of deposits, the higher plan usually costs less overall than the lower one.
Starter, unless you already know you need service-level deposit rules. Moving up later takes a click and the diary is unaffected.
Seven days, no card up front. If you do nothing, the account simply stops — you are not charged and nothing is taken automatically.
Any time, from the dashboard. There is no contract and no notice period. Deposits already collected are unaffected.
Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
